At ROI WATER USA, we stand by the quality of our premium hydration products; if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on opened items or based on personal taste preferences.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged packaging.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is approved.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened water cases in their original shipping boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
